What is it?

 

A platform that gives customers an outlet they can use to express their negative experiences including reporting of unpleasantries that can be addressed to normalize and improve service delivery before it becomes a crisis or a corporate reputation issue in the uncontrollable social media space.

This solution has been specifically designed to receive reports, assign them to those that can solve them and track their status while giving the customer the opportunity to follow up with very little interaction should they wish to do so.

 

The system provides:

  • Fully automated and provides instant reports upon access
  • Reports can be filtered by location, site, department etc, depending on what is being tracked.
  • Reports are provided instantly on ‘Issue Type’ helping organization to address pain points directly.
  • Photographic evidence is available to corroborate report

 

How does it work?

1. Consumer has negative experience or sees non-compliance to the company promise.

2. Consumer access ‘AtYourService’ from their phone and select the location as well as the ‘fault’ or ‘service category’ they want to report. They can type up additional details as well as provide photographic evidence should they wish.

3. Once submitted, the consumer receives a reference number via sms which they can use to track their submission should they wish.

4.System acknowledges receipt, and sorts reports as per algorithm, showing Risk rating and or Complaints/ Suggestions classification.

5.Client Accesses report remotely for their action.ie. assign to the relevant parties.
