What is it?
A secure platform that offers customers the opportunity to remain KYC compliant without the repetitive hassles of providing the same documents to multiple service providers.
The platform provides the following:

- Download on demand
- Instant customer response
- Instant corrective action process
- Secure document management
How does it work?
1. The interaction between the customer and the service provider happens through the secure KycMadeEasy web based platform.
2. Customers can directly register OR may be individually requested by service providers to upload their basic KYC documents (ID, Address, Proof of Income) on the platform.
3. The service provider requests customers for documents via the platform, delivered via email
4. Customer receives email listing required documents
5. Customer approves or declines the request for the service provider via the command button from their email
6. Service providers receive approval/decline notification
7. If approved, the service provider can proceed to download the now ‘unlocked’ document
